REMOVAL OF ASBESTOS - DISPOSAL OF SOFT ASBESTOSBEST

Removal of soft asbestos acc. to TRGS 519

As much as hard asbestos also soft asbestos was the most commonly used insulation material for fire protection right up to the eighties of the 20th century.

Soft asbestos contains only weakly bound asbestos fibres and is therefore even more dangerous for health and environment than hard asbestos.

Soft asbestos is contained e. g. in:

  • insulation panels
  • air-placed asbestos
  • lightweight boards
  • insulating material
  • fire-protective material
  • ventilation ducts
  • floor slabs

When dismantling or removing these materials, fibres are released which are harmful to health. In order to avoid hazards for people and environment, special protective measures must be adhered to while the material is removed and dispsoed of.

We are accredited to remove mineral insulating material and to dispose thereof. Our trained specialists have many years of experience in the removal of soft asbestos. acc. to the Technical Rules for Hazardous Substances (TRGS) 519.
